Combating Bunions

Incredible!! Both of my Tailor's are severe. Im taking time and patience. I dragged my brother to try it, though he's skeptical. My dad agrees this, he's almost 80 💔 , it breaks my heart to see this late time for some people. My mom is... eh somewhat agrees and stubborn, and not sure to switch wide toe box.
I train bjj, this course bunion has helped me to see my foot rotation. And I dont mean to brag, im just lucky/glad I love this sport for so long. In class always go barefoot in training BJJ. I came here because I saw everyone good and bad feet, and that one woman, 35+ years old Brown Belt kicking my butt all the time, she have the most beautiful, healthy and spreads toes i ever seen. Maybe that just me. Haha. The best part, i walked with toe spacers and RealFoot.cz shoes to Europe. Best. Vacation. ever. My feet was working like crazy because of toe spacers and walking gait practice. Walking around in Paris and Effiel tower, no transportation, just walking, until back to Train to return Germany. Cant thank you guys enough!!

The content was excellent. I did find that the number of exercises on the exercise sheet was a bit overwhelming ( and I am a physical therapist). The exercises from the Foot Health Kit were. great.

I am seeing positive changes already.

Great content! I appreciate how it is broken down and presented. I've taken some of the course more slowly and some just to get the overview. I'm anxious to go back through now and lay out my treatment routine.

The class has been helpful for me to work towards strengthening my feet. I would never have thought of these movements. I may still need to have surgery for my feet in the future but I know I am giving my feet the best chance to function correctly. Thank you Gait Happens.

Thanks to the Combating Bunions program, I gained a better understanding of my feet. I learned which shoes are the right ones for me, discovered useful ways to relieve my sore feet after a long day, and gained confidence that I can help my feet stay healthy.
