A 4-hour In Person interactive learning experience for anyone! Join us in Denver, CO Oct 3rd, 2026.
Ready to take back control of your feet? In this interactive workshop you will:
- Move your body, rediscover your foundation, and learn how to best improve your movement from the ground up.
- Learn how your feet function to help you better understand your body
- Understand the foot-brain connection and neuroplasticity
- Observe the role of footwear in foot health
- Develop an understanding of features such as sole shape, heel to toe drop, and cushion
- Dive into a self movement discovery including balance, ranges of motion, and muscle coordination
- Practice mobility and strength exercises for the feet and the entire kinetic chain
