Functional Gait Assessment Level 1: On Demand Course

I have been a groupie for this company for some time and finally was able to take this assessment course. I was just as impressed as I hoped I would be. The knowledge shared was immediately applicable in my practice. As an RMT I had patients asking if I was a physio and why their physios/podiatrists didn't do this in-depth of an assessment.

I found this course very hard to follow. It’s a recording from a live course and not made for digital viewing. It’s hard to hear the questions people ask in the course. I would not choose this course again in this format.

The Gait Happens team is an energetic, knowledgeable, supportive group of ladies whose mission is to help provide quality education and care. They are deeply motivated to provide education to professionals and clients and meet the needs of all disciplines so that people can make gains and optimize outcomes. The course was welcoming, engaging, educational and provided lots of hands of Learning. The year membership after was a huge asset to monthly chats and forums. This group knows what it means in it taking a community to raise something - which is awareness and education for optimizing health. They are a leader in what other similar groups should be building their education and outreach programs on. Can’t say enough about these amazing women!

Changed my perspective from the bottom-up!! Feet are our foundation, grounding us, forming our balance- Gait Happens has changed my perspective & assessment of each individual I assess!

Dr Conely & Dr Perez are the modern “gurus” of feet & foundation!

I now observe each clients feet/foot/gait pattern 1st before we can begin with our programs

Personally, I had searched for “alternatives” instead of bunion surgery & fell upon Gait Happens
Dr. Conely & Dr Perez have changed my perspective & am now & always will be “training” my feet

I continue to educate others- seminars & in my classes!

Because of Gait Happens - I continue to to be 3 sport athlete & educate others about feet importance & strength!!

Started experiencing Plantar/ Achilles pain and signed up for the 1:1 Assessment and Course. Based on my results, Dr Drewes assigned a variety of foot and lower leg movements. Foot doing much better!
