As a runner, the Toe Strengtheners from Gait Happens have helped eliminate my foot pain. They have made a huge difference in my balance, walking, and even how my shoes fit. I have only used them twice so not able to give much of a review yet but so far so good.

Great product. But for the price there should be 2 pieces for both feet

I have a bunion, hammer toes, and webbed toes. I am happy with the instructions, and expect that it will be a long process but exercises are simple enough to do.

I’m still trying to feel like these are worth it
