I have been loving what I have learned with the gait foundations course. I will also add that I love the product recommendations, like the toe pro and toe spacers. I find the content relevant to my practice as a massage therapist, and totally recommend anything Gait Happens offers. thank you

Amazing course that has helped my feet!!

This is the first product I can wear without pain. Others were bulky and I could one wear a short time but these I put on and can sleep with them all night! They are soft flexible and comfortable.

I am really enjoying the foot course and feel like I’m really making progress from where I started. I love how easy it is to follow and the motivation I get from watching and listening. I have to be intentional and proactive with my feet and these exercises to prevent injury and pain and this programs is exactly what I need to accomplish that!
