By adding cork to the spaces between your 1st and 2nd or 4th and 5th toes we are able to provide more separation of the toes. This can be helpful if the spacers have a tendency to slide more or if you are looking for more spread out of your spacers.

They work, but I did not realize I would have to trim them down, and they are awfully flimsy. Thus, when I went to jam one in to my toe spacers, it cracked a bit and a chunk fell off. I trimmed it down to size and it does function, I just don't know if the price is worth it for them.

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave a review. We use 100% natural cork, so it is not meant to bend or be jammed inside the toe spacer. The cork is cut so it fits the large spacer, so any of the smaller sizes will need to be trimmed slighlty.

I put cork in the big toe space as well as the little toe space and the toe spacers are now staying put much better. I need time to really live with the spacers to decide if they are having a real positive effect.

Like how you can cut them to make accommodations. I purchased the cork too for my bunion issues; worth it.

Just be careful when inserting into the slots as cork can break.
