Fit Feet Program

I have been doing the fit feet program daily exercises for two weeks every day. I’ve been doing the strength training twice a week and the mobility training twice a week I have noticed reduced pain in my feet and more interest in walking. So far so good!

I've only been following the program for about a week, but I'm hopeful that I'll be able to fully recover, in time, and be able to walk again. My toes are starting to lengthen and spread rather than grip like a stair.

I believe, that in due time, I'll be able to get back to backpacking and lifting heavy weights because of this education and programming. Heck I would just like to get back to walking my dogs. I miss walking, sigh.

I plan to get a one on one virtual session in the near future. These are the experts!

I haven't done all the exercises yet, I'm still waiting to receive my foot health tool kit.I ordered it the same time as the feet fit program. Any ideas how long it takes ?
