There are no directions on how this stuff works. Unless of course buy some videos.

All of the instructions are online. Please scan the QR codes in each package or on the inside of the top of the box. This will take you to several instructional videos on how to use everything properly and different exercises you can do!

The kit is as advertised! I’m beginning slowly and working up to stronger feet. There was mention of cork for the toe spacers, but I didn’t find it in the kit. That would be helpful. Looking forward to using these tools and hoping for a decrease in my bunions!

It’s been an interesting journey getting my brain to start communicating with my toes. I’m hoping my bunions will improve with daily use of the strengthers and toe spreaders.

My feet fit some of the products
My toes are barely 1 1/2” long and the separaters were too long. Even when I cut them down to fit, they still cut into my fat little toe pads. The rest of the kit is working well and I am enjoying the experience
Since I go barefooted most of the time because of the pain I’ve experienced wearing shoes this method is agreeing with my feet.

This is a great kit. I was motivated to purchase it mainly for the toe spacers and toe strengtheners. My only suggestion is to include the cork fillers with the kit rather than as an add on. $8 plus s/h and the additional wait time to get them is inconvenient and disappointing.
