I love my tow spacers!! As a LMT that had to have 2 back surgeries, I was left with chronic neuropathy on my left leg and nerves were damaged. I was worried as I had significant atrophy in my lower leg and my toes were unresponsive and starting to curl. My body just responded soo well to these toe spacers! I am now considering taking courses so I can help the myriad of people in my community and perhaps teach at my local center. I live in a higher aged population and I see so many that can benefit. I even shared with our farm hand who is about to leave on a football scholarship that he would benefit in sports with this! This is just one small step I think we can all do to increase our health! Easy! Why not promote to patients and watch their lives transform. Now we just need to get into the short routines to build strength #lifegoals #smallsteps
