I am new to the whole “free the feet” movement so this was a leap of fail. I have been jamming my toes into tight toe boxes for 60 years and they look and feel the role! I remember my mother had very crooked and deformed toes in her 60’s and 70’s and I did not dig that look and feared the same.

These toe spacers are made from a very soft and pliable material that makes them bearable/comfortable to wear. I have been using them during my bear foot workouts, evenings and weekends and slowly integrating them into using with my Zero shoes.

I think this is a great product and would recommend to others based on my limited experience.

Here’s to the world wide liberation of all our toes!

So far they've felt good to wear. Better than a similar item I purchased on Amazon. Wish they would have come standard with the cork though.
