The Giat Happens Toe Spacers have been a game changer for me. I had bunion surgery about 12 years ago. They also did a tendon release on my 2nd and 3rd toe in an effort to make those 2 toes straighten as they were bending away from my big toe. The tendon release was unsuccessful and I have had major foot issues since then. I am a personal trainer and on my feet all day, resulting in my toes feeling cramped and in pain. I have tried just about every toe spacer around and they were painful and did not help. My chiro suggested the Gait Happens Toe Spacers and they have made a huge difference. They were easy & comfortable to wear from the start. My toes are spreading and my foot pain is greatly reduced. Thank you!!!!
They tear easy, the little toe is faced too big for a regular foot and the cork breaks easily and very hard to insert it without breaking.I wanted to love these. I really wanted to love these.
Excellent customer service; the Gait Happens team was readily available to answer my questions and help me to modify my toe spaces as needed. However, one of them broke (ripped apart) after about 1 month of regular wear (about an hour everyday). I am not sure if this was a quality issue, or if I was not caring for them properly (so it might have been my fault), hence the 4 stars. Overall, great product and I truly have noticed a significant change in my intrinsic foot strength and toe spread capacity with my bunions. I would absolutely recommend this product, just a little concerned about durability.
I was listening to The Diary of a CEO podcast and got super inspired to work on my foot health. Ended up buying some Altra running shoes and Toe Spacers—and wow, within three months, my feet actually changed shape. Even my massage therapist was blown away. She said she’d never seen anything like it. Honestly, I totally recommend them!
Overall I really like them. I wish they would come with some cork already but I guess that’s a purchase I’ll have to make later.
