The hard plastic edges cut into my toes. I think they need to be filed down during production to create softer edges or use slightly softer material, They do not stay in place very well. I want to love them as I do use toe spacers every day,

I appreciate the toe spacers having a bit more structure than some other 'squishy' ones that I have. They're easier to put on, and generally stay put. Following the instructions for customizing fit, I'm going to try trimming a bit off the little toe side. The stiffness is slightly irritating, but getting used to it. Overall, they're good!

So far they work. Not so sure about the strengtheners.

The size small worked for my feet (7.5 - 8 shoe). I cut off the last segment because i did not like the feel of it between my little toe and fourth toe
