A 4-hour In Person interactive learning experience for anyone! Join us in Denver, CO Oct 4th, 2025.

Ready to take back control of your feet? In this interactive workshop you will:

• Move your body, rediscover your foundation, and learn how to best improve your movement from the ground up.
• Learn basic foot anatomy to help you better understand your body
• Understand the foot-brain connection and neuroplasticity
• Observe the role of footwear in foot health
• Develop an understanding of features such as sole shape, heel to toe drop, and cushion
• Dive into a self movement discovery including balance, ranges of motion, and muscle coordination
• Practice mobility and strength exercises for the feet and the entire kinetic chain
